CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
The priority in production is that it is not interrupted or affects the quality of the product and is based on the proper maintenance of its tools.
We have a preventive maintenance system that locates problems before they affect production. Our corrective maintenance service works quickly and effectively. In cases of breakdown, our collaborators analyze the incident and repair it on site to resume it as soon as possible.
MONITORING AND FOLLOW-UP
We monitor and track tools, from their initial construction to their release.
OPTIMIZATION OF PROCESSES AND SERIAL PRODUCTION
We have technical knowledge in stamping in the different folding methods, in the configuration of the robot/machine park and transfer.
ANALYSIS AND MODIFICATION
Using the measurement results of the individual component or the assembly, we analyze the required modification. Based on this analysis we determine the work to be carried out according to the operation of the dies.
Our services include the implementation of corrections in dies and the corresponding modification for exterior parts and improving the audit grade (sides, doors, hood, tailgate... in body and chassis components).
TRYOUT
We act throughout the tooling process and implement the dies in both the TRYOUT and production presses, all with precise planning and considering the available time interval.
Following customer instructions, our tool makers work both on the complete construction of new tools and specifically on individual phases, such as the construction of waste hoppers, modifications, corrections, optimization and maintenance.
